The base compensation represents the entry point of the range. Actual salaries will vary and may be above the starting range based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, education, and licensure. Salary placements generally occur between the starting wage and the midpoint of the salary range.

 The Quality Improvement and Compliance Network, staff assist with supporting the operational and clinical aspects of North Range Behavioral Health.  This position requires the use of independent judgment, originality, and the application of support, technical, and human relation skills as they relate to process improvement activities and data/reports to meet quality and compliance-related requirements. Assists the team with maintaining and monitoring quality improvement systems and clinical documentation standards across the organization.  Will assist in improvements as needed. Staff assists the Quality/Compliance Network with project tasks and assignments. Reports results to oversight bodies as directed.

Quality Improvement is the foundational component utilized in the evaluation of behavioral health services within North Range Behavioral Health. The outcome of quality is to provide customers with a wide array of quality, cost-effective, and efficient services that improve the health, safety, and wellbeing of individuals within the community.

Position Summary:
With a Customer First and Compassionate approach, Office Associates will:

  • Participate as a key team member by assisting with deadline management, scheduling needs, and preparation for audits and major projects.
  • Assist with quality improvement (QI) projects for programs and internal departments and with external regulatory entities and maintain proficient documentation of QI activities.
  • Participate in quality control functions following specific guidelines and procedures; develop and/or coordinate information necessary to perform crucial audits requested by internal and external constituencies; contribute to plans of correction or change.
  • Provide results of chart reviews, program analysis results,      and other criteria identified as requested.
  • Support other departments with documentation standards.
  • In collaboration with others, be familiar with organization-wide initiatives to develop an outcomes management process to monitor program-specific quality measures.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in human services, social sciences, business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.


  • 2 years of experience in a clinical setting or working with data and report writing
  • Process improvement experience preferred 
  • Experience working in highly collaborative and data-focused teams 

Additional Eligibility requirements, as required by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE):

  • Annual Flu Vaccine
