Salary Range: Unlicensed$48,500.00/yr. - $68,018.00/yr | Licensed: $56,900.00/yr. - $85,366.00/yr.

The base compensation represents the entry point of the salary range. Salary placements will vary and may be above the starting wage based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, education, and licensure. Salary placements generally occur between the starting wage and the midpoint of the salary range.

The Intensive Outpatient Program is an approximately 12-week substance-use disorder treatment program that provides a minimum of 9 hours of services per week. Treatment is provided primarily through group therapy. Step-down services such as Enhanced Outpatient, relapse prevention, and aftercare Recovery Groups are also offered.

Position Summary:
With a Customer First and Compassionate approach, Mental Health clinicians will:

  • Provide person-centered assessment, goal planning, and treatment for mental health and/or substance use issues. Provide screenings, intakes, and assessments of clients utilizing required instruments and formats within appropriate timelines.
  • Develop strength-based written treatment plans/updates and continuing care plans and make appropriate referrals. Complete written discharge summaries and correspondence within established timelines.
  • Observe clients in a variety of situations. Assess diagnosis and mental status of clients, evaluate the current level of functioning, and develop and implement treatment/service plans to address the client's needs.
  • Collaborate continuously with assigned clients to devise safety planning, provide symptom management, identify support systems, reduce, and mitigate risk factors.
  • Assist individuals in improving their well-being and quality of life by training in behavioral skills; educate clients to make informed choices; develop client coping skills; help clients to problem solve and negotiate tasks of daily living.
  • Collaborate with other clinicians, law enforcement, external providers, and psychiatrists to provide services to clients. Maintain close and cooperative relationships with community agencies and other public agencies in carrying out treatment/service plans.

Education Requirements: 

  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, or other behavioral health disciplines from an accredited college or university is required. 
  • Experience working with individuals with substance use disorder challenges preferred            

 Minimum Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver's License 


  • No experience required

Nice to Have: Monetary Incentive Available

  • Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred 
  • Certified Addiction Specialist (CAS) Highly Preferred
