Salary Range: $17.36/hr. - $24.35/hr.

*** Crisis programs receive 5.5% Program Differential pay ***

Salary placements will vary and may be above the starting wage based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, education, and licensure. Salary placements generally occur between the starting wage and the midpoint of the salary range.

Behavioral Health Worker
Behavioral Health professionals are responsible for providing direction and counsel to individuals who are dealing with behavioral health challenges such as mental illness, addiction, and cooccurring disorders. Behavioral Health Workers work in teams with other specialists in providing recommendations for a patient's behavioral and emotional care.

Where We Need You:
The North Range Crisis Response Team provides behavioral health services to walk-in customers, agency residential programs, and other community settings. The specially trained staff oversees emergency walk-in services and crisis calls for the Weld County area and after-hours emergency on-call services for a 12-county Northeast Colorado region. The North Range Behavioral Health Crisis Response Team also provides intensive care coordination for Weld Country clients and discharge planning for clients stepping down from higher levels integrating back into our communities.

What You Need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or other Behavioral Health discipline
  • Valid Driver's License
