*** Crisis positions receive 5.5% Program Differential pay ***

  • Position 454 hours: Thursday 12:00am - 6:30am and Thursday - Saturday 6:00pm - 6:30am

The base compensation represents the entry point of the range. Actual salaries will vary and may be above the starting wage based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, education, and licensure. Salary placements generally occur between the starting wage and the midpoint of the salary range.

Crisis Stabilization Services (CSS) provides support for individuals through an Acute Treatment Unit and Withdrawal Management (Detox). CSS understands the needs of our customers to struggle with both mental health issues and substance use disorders. We provide individual counseling, medication monitoring, case management, group counseling, withdrawal management, and discharge and aftercare planning.

Position Summary:
With a Customer First and Compassionate approach, Behavioral Health Supervisors will:

  • Carry out supervisory responsibilities within the scope of practice for applicable credentials held in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. May support the supervision of up to six Behavioral Health Workers.
  • Assign job responsibilities, delegate appropriately, and monitor follow-up on assignments, to ensure client and program needs are addressed and priorities are managed in a timely manner.
  • Train new employees on facility and agency processes. Assure all new employees gain necessary certifications and training for the facility requirements. Review and document the progress of employees.
  • Represent North Range Behavioral Health to outside inquiries from police, hospitals, probation, or refer to appropriate resources.
  • Collaborate with peers and management to ensure a client's positive adjustment to the setting.

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver's License and driving record that meets with hiring requirements as set forth for someone that must transport customers/program participants.
  • Medication Aide Certification required (QMAP) (training offered post hire)
  • CPR Certification/First Aid training within 6 months of employment

Nice to Have: Monetary Incentive Available

  • Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred
  • CAS preferred


  • 2 years' experience required
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and use effective interventions with clients
  • Demonstrated supervisory and/or leadership skills
