Salary Range: $19.12/hr. - $26.75/hr.

The base compensation represents the entry point of the range. Actual salaries will vary and may be above the starting wage based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, education, and licensure. Salary placements generally occur between the starting wage and the midpoint of the salary range. 

Recovery Support Services helps individuals cope more effectively with life's challenges and their mental illness and/or substance use disorders and to live meaningful and productive lives. Services focus on everyone's unique strengths and interests and may include individual and group therapy, case management services, support groups, medication monitoring and evaluations, and community-based services. 

Position Summary:
With a Customer First and Compassionate approach, Case Managers will:

  • Maintain accurate and current accounting of client's funding as determined and designated by the courts for guardianship and/or payees.
  • Assist clients in achieving their goals as stated in their treatment plans or as indicated by appropriate brief interventions. 
  • Collaborate with therapists and other relevant staff to coordinate services, and address clients' needs and behaviors; prevent deterioration and/or hospitalization through consistent and adequate monitoring as indicated by program scope.
  • Refer, coordinate, and assist clients to access a wide variety of services (e.g., vocational, medical, social security, housing, etc.) based on need and client desire; aid clients in application processes and provide supporting documentation as needed.
  • Educate client on behaviors to maintain daily life activities. Aid and guide clients with daily life activities (e.g., managing finances, medical treatment recommendations, physical and emotional self-care, etc.).
  • Assist clients in improving their well-being and quality of life by coaching in behavioral skills; educate clients to make informed choices; develop coping skills of client help client to problem solve and negotiate tasks of daily living. 

 Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Services from an accredited college or university is required. 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1-year experience working with individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorder challenges preferred
  • Valid Driver's License with a driving record that meets agency insurability requirements. 
  • Experience in performing case management and/or advocacy preferred. 

Monetary Incentives Available:

  • Bilingual Spanish Speaking is highly desired.

 Additional Eligibility requirements, as required by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE):

  • Annual Flu Vaccine
  • COVID-19 Vaccine ( Exemptions available upon hire according to company policy. 
  •  Annual TB testing may be required.
