Salary Range: $17.36/hr. - $24.35/hr.

*** Crisis positions receive an additional 5.5% Program Differential Pay. ***

Salary placements will vary and may be above the starting wage based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, education, and licensure. Salary placements generally occur between the midpoint of the salary range.

Behavioral Health Worker
Behavioral Health professionals are responsible for providing direction and counsel to individuals who are dealing with behavioral health challenges such as mental illness, addiction, and co-occurring disorders. Behavioral Health Workers work in teams with other specialists in providing recommendations for a patient's behavioral and emotional care.

Where We Need You:
The Crisis Resiliency Center offers the expansion of services in the southern region of Weld County, North Range Behavioral Health provides quality care and assessments to individuals and families who need crisis intervention. Additionally, part of this expansion is the development of the "living room" model and expanding our work with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. This specially trained staff oversees emergency walk-in services and crisis calls for the Weld County area.

What You will Do:

What You Need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or other Behavioral Health discipline
  • Valid Driver's License
